1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the La Casa Nido website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. La Casa Nido is a vacation rental property located at Calle 46 #550-B, Centro, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, operated by Christian Ramirez Moya.

2. Booking Terms

2.1 Airbnb Bookings

For all reservations made through Airbnb, Airbnb's Terms of Service, cancellation policies, and community standards shall govern the booking and stay. These terms can be found at www.airbnb.com/terms. In case of any conflict between these terms and Airbnb's terms, Airbnb's terms shall prevail for Airbnb bookings.

2.2 Direct Bookings

For reservations made directly through our website, WhatsApp, email, or other direct communication channels, the following terms apply:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from La Casa Nido
• All rates are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise specified
• Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Direct Bookings Cancellation

• More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
• No-show: No refund

3.2 Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Property Rules

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• No smoking inside the property
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events without prior written consent
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Guests must respect neighbors and the local community
• Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged)

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Present valid identification upon check-in
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Leave the property in the same condition as found
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Secure the property when leaving

6. Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. La Casa Nido reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning fees. Guests acknowledge that they use the pool and all facilities at their own risk.

La Casa Nido is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications

La Casa Nido reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.
